PIEDMONT, S.D. — Marcia Winegar, 62, of Piedmont, S.D., formerly of the Fairmont, Minn. area, died Saturday, Dec. 18, 2021, at the Olson House in Rapid City, S.D. A funeral service will be 1:30 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 28, at the Emmanuel Reformed Church in Springfield, S.D. Visitation will be from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Tuesday at the church in Springfield, S.D. Burial of her ashes will take place at a later date in Huron, S.D. Peters Funeral Home in Springfield is in charge of the arrangements.
