FAIRMONT — Services for Cesar Palacios, 59, of Fairmont, will be held 9:30 a.m. Friday at Grace Lutheran Church in Fairmont. Burial will be held at a later date. Palacios passed away Saturday, Dec. 11, 2021, at St. Mary’s Hospital – Mayo Clinic Health System in Rochester, Minn. Visitation will be from 4-7 p.m. Thursday at the Lakeview Funeral Home in Fairmont. Lakeview Funeral Home and Cremation Service in Fairmont is assisting the family with arrangements.
