Ila Johnson
SUN CITY, Ariz. — Ila Johnson, 81, of Sun City, Ariz., passed away Thursday, Dec. 19, 2019, at her home. Service will be held 11 a.m. Friday, Dec. 27, at Fountain of Life Lutheran Church, 15630 N. Del Webb Blvd., in Sun City. She will be laid to rest at Sunland Cemetery, Sun City, Ariz.
She was born April 26, 1938, in Triumph, Minn., to Elvin “Pete” and Elsie (Salzman) Peterson.
Ila is survived by her sister, Nelda Peterson; daughters, Julie (Fred) Amaro, and Jenny (Calvin) Lowrie; granddaughter, Cydney Lowrie; mother-in-law, Eleanore Ebeling; numerous other family, and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husbands, Al Ebeling and Roger Johnson; sister, Patricia VanderWert; brother-in-law, Doyle VanderWert; and other family members.
