3:48 a.m. to 3:17 p.m. — (5) parking complaints/violations were reported throughout Fairmont. Parking and non-traffic citations were issued.

9:05-9:23 a.m. — (4) snow emergency violations were reported throughout Fairmont. Non-traffic citations were issued for all.

4:12 p.m. — Police investigated a civil complaint in the 300 block of North Grant Street.

5:11 p.m. — A deputy investigated a civil complaint in the 200 block of South Railroad Street, Ceylon. The civil issue was resolved.
