11:50 a.m. — Police investigated a domestic complaint in the 300 block of North Orient Street. A written report was issued.

2:14 p.m. — A disturbance/disorderly conduct/nuisance was reported in the 400 block of Downtown Plaza. The civil issue was resolved.

2:15 p.m. — An ordinance violation was reported in the 1200 block of North Elm Street. A non-traffic citation was issued.

6:42 p.m. — Theft (includes attempt) was reported in the 500 block of North Prairie Avenue.

7:18 p.m. — Police investigated a domestic complaint in the 400 block of North Dewey Street. An adult was arrested.
