CEYLON — The Ceylon City Council had a special town meeting on Tuesday evening at the Mondale Park shelter house. It was attended by approximately 25 residents. Discussions were held regarding what the residents want from the city as far as help with concerns and what the residents are willing to help with as volunteers.
