BLUE EARTH— Construction on County State Aid Highway (CSAH) 19 is now scheduled to begin on May 11 according to Denny Wick of the Faribault County Public Works Department. “Road conditions caused a delay in the start of the road work,” Wick told the Faribault County Board members at their meeting on Tuesday. “There were six or seven soft spots in the road that we ended up digging out. We put fabric down and added some rock and those spots now seem to be in good shape.” Wick said the contractor for the project, Ulland Brothers, would begin by shaping the road. “If all goes ...
