Alexandrea A. Espinoza, 25, of Fairmont was convicted of failure of driver to carry proof of insurance when operating a vehicle; fined $200. Also convicted of driving without a valid drivers license for vehicle class or type; fined $185.

Molly M. Tietje, 44, of Mankato was convicted of theft-take/use/transfer movable property without consent; fined $85, sentenced to jail 30 days, stayed 30 days for one year, pay restitution when certificate id filed, restitution reserved for 30 days, don’t enter Fairmont Walmart for the term of probation, no same or similar.

Sergio Ramos, 30, of Sioux City, Iowa was convicted of speeding; fined $225. Also convicted of no Minnesota drivers license; fined $100.

Ryan I. Werbalowsky, 31, of Lakefield was convicted of uninsured vehicle-owner violation; fined $285. Also convicted of speeding; fined $60.

Rachel L. Soberg, 21, of Truman; was convicted of wireless communications device-hold wireless communications device with one or both hands; fined $135. Also convicted of driving without a valid drivers license for vehicle class or type; fined $100.
