Kiwanis to meet

Early Risers Kiwanis of Fairmont will gather for its weekly breakfast at 6:30 a.m. on Wednesday, April 15, at The Ranch restaurant in Fairmont. A meeting at 6:50 a.m. will follow. The meeting’s speaker will be Caregiver Response Effort and Service Team (CREST) Executive Director Rob Stauter. Stauter will provide updates about CREST. All are welcome to attend.

Sinn open house

The Sinn Family Celebration of Life Center in Trimont will have an open house to tour its new crematory and meet the team from 3 to 7 p.m. on Thursday, April 16. For additional information, contact the Sinn Family Celebration of Life Center at (507) 639-5711.

MLHS Spring Rummage/Bake Sale

Martin Luther High School (MLHS) in Northrop will have its Spring Rummage and Bake Sale from 4 to 8 p.m. on Thursday, April 16, from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Friday, April 17 and from 8 a.m. to noon on Saturday, April 18. Items include shoes, toys, books, household items, furniture, baked goods and miscellaneous items. Proceeds will support MLHS. For additional information, contact MLHS at (507) 436-5249.

MCHS Bake Sale

The Martin County Humane Society in Fairmont will have a bake sale from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Saturday, April 18, at Fleet and Farm Supply/Ace Hardware in Fairmont. Murder on the Home Stretch

The 15th annual Murder Mystery Dinner Theater and Silent Auction Fundraiser, “Murder on the Home Stretch,” by Paul Warshauer, will be at 6 p.m. on Friday, April 17, and Saturday, April 18 (doors open at 5 p.m.) at the Red Rock Center for the Arts in Fairmont.
