Fish and game-take deer with invalid license — Nathan T. Nowak, 34, of Welcome; fined $185.

Scott H. Steinbrink, 39, of Fairmont had a charge of domestic assault-commits act to cause fear of immediate bodily harm or death continued for dismissal; 90 days unsupervised probation, no same or similar.

Garth A. Carlson, 52, of Lake Crystal received a stay of adjudication on a charge of driving after revocation; fined $200, one year unsupervised probation, no moving violations, no drivers license violations. Additional charge of drivers license-driving restrictions-drive/operate/control motor vehicle without ignition interlock was dismissed.

Brian P. Stumpf, 48, of Alpha was convicted of driver approaching intersection fails to yield right-of-way; fined $185, sentenced to jail 30 days, stayed 30 days for one year, one year unsupervised probation, pay restitution if ordered, restitution reserved for 45 days, no same or similar.

Steven R. Schrunk, 20, of Truman was convicted of vehicle window restrictions-windshield tinted or glazed; fined $135. Also convicted of window tint violation-less than 50 percent light transmittance; fined $50.
