John H. Helt III, 43, of Jackson was convicted of driving after revocation; sentenced to jail 90 days, credit for time served two days, work release and STS are granted, concurrent with other case. Additional charges of driving after revocation, and failure of driver to carry proof of insurance when operating a vehicle, were both dismissed.
