Walker, 55, of Blue Earth, was convicted of domestic abuse no contact order-violate no contact order within 10 years of previous conviction; fined $585, sentenced to jail 364 days, stay 244 days for one year, credit for time served 120 days, supervised probation two years, complete comprehensive assessment, complete and pay for comprehensive assessment within 30 days of sentencing and follow recommendations in a timely manner, defendant must sign all releases for assessor to obtain collateral information from assigned probation agent(s), assigned social worker(s) if any, mental health treatment provider(s) if any, relevant family and household members and recent treatment providers as part of their assessment, defendant must successfully complete the level of treatment and aftercare recommended rather than choosing a lesser level of care, no alcohol or controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, no possession of alcohol or drugs with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing at the request of probation or law enforcement, complete diagnostic assessment, complete a Mental Health Diagnostic Assessment and follow all recommendations for care and aftercare. If eligible for mental health case management with the County of residence, fully participate with programming and all recommendations for care and aftercare, do not enter additional locations, no assault, do not engage in any assaultive, abusive, thretaening or aggressive behavior, complete Domestic Abuse Batterer’s Intervention Program, complete Domestic Abuse Programming as directed by supervising agent, cognitive skill training, comply with cognitive skills programming as directed by supervising agent, follow all State and Federal criminal laws, cooperate with the search of your person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, and things as directed by your probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, do not use or possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives, give a DNA sample when directed. Also convicted of trespass-return to property within one year; sentenced to jail 90 days, credit for time served 80 days, supervised probation two years. Received additional charges for emergency telephone calls/communications-interrupt, interfere, impede, disrupt 911 call, stalking-pattern of stalking conduct, domestic assault-gm-subsequent violation; dismissed.

Thomas, 64, Winnebago, received a stay of adjudication for receiving stolen property; fined $175, supervised probation one year, follow all State and Federal criminal laws, cooperate with the search of your person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, and things as directed by your probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, do not use or possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives, give a DNA sample when directed, pay restitution, minimum monthly payment of $50 a month, $650.31, cognitive skill training, comply with cognitive skills programming as directed by your agent, complete diagnostic assessment, complete a Diagnostic Assessment and follow all recommendations for care and aftercare, no contact with victim or family, do not enter victim’s residence. Received an additional charge for theft-take/drive motor vehicle-no owner consent; dismissed.
Speeding — Sergiy Kozak, 56, of Urbandale, Iowa; Perry J. Kuipers, 66, of Plymouth, Mich.; fined $125.
Dustin L. Martin, 56, of Blue Earth, was convicted of public nuisance-annoy/injure/endanger safety; fined $385, sentenced to jail 90 days, stay 90 days for one year, unsupervised probation one year, no same or similar, remain law-abiding and be of good behavior, no offenses where cattle get out.
Joel E. Vandervest, 43, of Babbitt, was convicted of speeding; fined $285. Received additional charges for expired registration and no proof mv insurance; dismissed.
Chance J. Levine, 24, of Wells, was convicted of disorderly conduct-offensive/abusive/boisterous/noisy/obscene; fined $385, sentenced to jail 90 days, stay 85 days for one year, sentenced to service 16 hours for indeterminate, credit for time served five days, supervised probation one year, complete Comprehensive Assessment, follow all recommendations of a comprehensive assessment, including treatment and/or aftercare, no alcohol or controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, no possession of alcohol or drugs with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing at the request of probation or law enforcement, mental Health Evaluation, complete a mental health assessment within 90 days of sentencing, upon completion, follow any and all recommendations of said assessment, do not enter additional locations, follow all State and Federal criminal laws, sign releases of information as directed, no use or possession of firearms or dangerous weapons. Received an additional charge for make or initiate call knowing no emergency exists; dismissed.
