Speeding — Steven Alan Tudor, 74, of Fairmont; fined $125.

Driving after Revocation — Daniel Jay Lotzgesell, 43, of Ceylon; fined $285.

Jesse Wayne Houfer, 43, of Welcome was convicted of driving after revocation; fined $285. Other charges of no proof of insurance and expired registration were both dismissed.

Imalay Rojas Torres, 30, of Fairmont was convicted of no Minnesota driver’s license; fined $85. An additional charge of no proof of insurance was dismissed.

Nicole Ashley Moenkedick, 29, of Welcome was convicted of traffic collision-driver fail to stop-injury or death(not applicable-GOC); fined $360. Sentenced to one year adult supervised probation, confined to jail 364 days, stay 364 days for one year, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation officer within 72 hours as directed if have contact with law enforcement, charged with any new crime, change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with the search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, and things as directed by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, do not use or possess firearms, ammunition or explosives, if prohibited by law, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, no contact with victim(s), pay restitution, complete comprehensive assessment if recommended by probation agent, complete and pay for a comprehensive assessment and follow all recommendations timely, defendant must sign all releases for assessor to obtain collateral information from assigned probation agent(s), assigned social worker(s) if any, mental health treatment provider(s) if any, relevant family/household members and recent treatment providers as part of assessment, defendant must successfully complete the level of treatment and aftercare recommended rather than choosing a lesser level of care, if the assessment recommends abstaining from all mood altering chemicals including alcohol, then that will become the courts order, no same or similar, remain law-abiding.
