Disorderly conduct-brawling or fighting — Benjamin L. Garvick, 34, of Elmore; fined $360.

Luis E. Romerocruz, 24, of Winnebago was convicted of speeding; fined $225. Additional charge of failure of driver to carry proof of insurance when operating a vehicle was dismissed.

Jaklyn M. Guerra, 51, of Lismore was convicted of driving after revocation; fined $285. Also convicted of speeding; fined $40.

Glanzman, 38, of Frost had a felony charge of theft-take/use/transfer movable property without owner consent continued for dismissal; fined $75, one year unsupervised monitoring without conviction, pay restitution as agreed upon, if there is a challenge then will reinstate prosecution to address, enter and successfully complete Veteran’s Court, no same or similar. Also had three separate felony charges of theft-take/drive motor vehicle without owner consent continued for dismissal; one year unsupervised monitoring without conviction, pay restitution as agreed upon, if there is a challenge then will reinstate prosecution to address, enter and successfully complete Veteran’s Court, no same or similar for each charge. Also had a misdemeanor charge of theft-take/use/transfer movable property without consent continued for dismissal; one year unsupervised monitoring without conviction, pay restitution as agreed upon, if there is a challenge then will reinstate prosecution to address, enter and successfully complete Veteran’s Court, no same or similar.

Alex J. Smith, 39, of Winnebago had a charge of domestic assault-intentionally attempts to inflict bodily harm on another continued for dismissal; fined $75, six months unsupervised monitoring without conviction, six months no same or similar. Also had a charge of fifth-degree assault-attempt or inflict bodily harm continued for dismissal; six months unsupervised monitoring without conviction, six months no same or similar.
