Austin T. Chamberlain, 26, of Fairmont was convicted of disorderly conduct-offensive/abusive/noisy/obscene; fined $185, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 90 days for one year, one year unsupervised probation, no same or similar. Additional charges of obstruct legal process-interfere with peace officer, and fleeing a peace officer by a means other than a motor vehicle, were both dismissed.

Delta D. Rademaker, 47, of Ceylon was convicted of tamper with motor vehicle-enter without owner permission; fined $185, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 88 days for one year, credit for time served two days, one year unsupervised probation, no same or similar.

Ty A. Lenzen, 18, of Eagle Bend had a charge of illegal u-turn on controlled access highway continued for dismissal; fined $50, six months unsupervised monitoring without conviction, no same or similar.
