Jonathon G. Neitzke, 34 of Fairmont received a stay of imposition pursuant to Minnesota statutes on a felony charge of theft-take/use/transfer movable property without consent; fined $685, sentenced to jail 64 days, credit for time served 64 days, five years supervised probation, contact probation officer as directed, restitution reserved for 30 days, complete diagnostic assessment and abide by recommendations for care and aftercare, enter and successfully complete Drug Court and cooperate with the referral process and if accepted then successfully complete program, no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, no alcohol/controlled substance possession with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if changes address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, give a DNA sample when directed, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives, don’t register to vote until discharged from probation and civil rights are fully restored. Also convicted of third-degree damage to property-reduce value $501-1000; fined $5,029.86, sentenced to jail 365 days, stayed 301 days for two years, credit for time served 64 days, two years supervised probation, contact probation officer as directed, pay restitution of $5,029.86, complete diagnostic assessment and abide by recommendations for care and aftercare, enter and successfully complete Drug Court and cooperate with the referral process and if accepted then successfully complete program, no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, no alcohol/controlled substance possession with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if changes address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives. An additional felony charge of fifth-degree controlled substance possession-not small amount of marijuana, and a misdemeanor charge of theft-take/use/transfer movable property without consent, were both dismissed.

Julie A. Tonneson, 44, of Ceylon was convicted of disorderly conduct-offensive/abusive/noisy/obscene; fined $285, sentenced to jail 30 days, stayed 30 days for one year, one year unsupervised probation, no same or similar. Additional charge of disorderly conduct-brawling or fighting was dismissed.

Olivia L. Henze, 27, of Sherburn was convicted of disorderly conduct-offensive/abusive/noisy/obscene; fined $185, sentenced to jail 30 days, stayed 30 days for six months, six months unsupervised probation, no same or similar.

Dustin A. Lyons, 36, of Welcome was convicted of disorderly conduct-offensive/abusive/noisy/obscene; fined $185, sentenced to jail 30 days, stayed 30 days for six months, six months unsupervised probation, no same or similar.

Trenton D. Vlieger, 19, of Sherburn was convicted of penalty for not complying with peace officer; fined $50, sentenced to jail 10 days, stayed 10 days for six months, six months unsupervised probation, no same or similar.

Glory M. Rojas Rojas, 27, of Fairmont was convicted of driving after suspension; fined $285. Also convicted of failure of driver to carry proof of insurance when operating a vehicle; fined $200.

Johnathan D. Oldenkamp, 30, of Cylinder, Iowa was convicted of uninsured vehicle-owner violation; fined $285. Also convicted of driving without a valid drivers license endorsement for vehicle driven; fined $100.
