Driving without a valid drivers license for vehicle class or type — Ricky D. Wright, 51, of Winnebago; fined $185.

No Minnesota drivers license — Edvin A. Vanegas Diaz, 31, of Atlanta, Ga.; fined $185.

Carl R. Hartman, 53, of Frost was convicted of fourth-degree driving while impaired; fined $410, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 89 days for one year, credit for time served one day, one year supervised probation, contact probation officer as directed, complete and pay for comprehensive assessment within 60 days of sentencing and follow all recommendations timely, must sign all releases for assessor to obtain collateral information from assigned probation agent(s), assigned social worker(s) if any, mental health treatment provider(s) if any, relevant family/household members and recent treatment providers as part of their assessment, must successfully complete the level of treatment and aftercare recommended rather than choosing a lesser level of care, no alcohol/controlled substance possession, random testing, attend MADD impact panel, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if changes address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed.

Melvin A. Limafigueroa, 44, of Sioux Falls, S.D. was convicted on two separate charges of no Minnesota drivers license; fined $185 for each charge. Also convicted of failure to drive with due care; fined $40. Also convicted of improperly worn seat belt; fined $25.

Allison A. Mastin, 40, of Blue Earth was convicted of third-degree driving while impaired-one aggravating factor; fined $615, sentenced to jail 365 days, stayed 362 days for two years, credit for time served three days, two years supervised probation, contact probation officer as directed, comply with ignition interlock program, drive only motor vehicles equipped with ignition interlock per Minnesota statutes, complete and pay for comprehensive assessment within 60 days of sentencing and follow all recommendations timely, must sign all releases for assessor to obtain collateral information from assigned probation agent(s), assigned social worker(s) if any, mental health treatment provider(s) if any, relevant family/household members and recent treatment providers as part of their assessment, must successfully complete the level of treatment and aftercare recommended rather than choosing a lesser level of care, attend MADD impact panel, maintain valid drivers license and insurance while driving, no same or similar, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if changes address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed. Additional charge of open bottle law-possession was dismissed.

Stephanie L. Grotz, 31, of Austin was convicted of speeding; fined $145. Also convicted of marijuana in motor vehicle-less than 1.4 grams; fined $50. Also convicted of possession of drug paraphernalia; fined $50.
