Driving without a valid drivers license for vehicle class or type — Jesus M. Alvarado Rivera, 21, of Fairmont; fined $185.

Driving wrong way on one-way street — Yalmer Helgenberger, 71, of Mason City, Iowa; fined $185.

Aaron W. Vind, 50, of Sherburn was convicted of speeding; fined $125. Additional charge of uninsured vehicle-owner violation was dismissed.

Speeding — Reyna L. Martinez, 38, of Houston, Texas; fined $125.

William P. May, 59, of Elmore was convicted of disorderly conduct-offensive/abusive/noisy/obscene; sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 88 days for one year, credit for time served two days, one year supervised probation, contact probation officer as directed, meet with probation to see if anger management is recommended, no same or similar, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if changes address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed.

Noah D. Skattebo, 44, of Austin was convicted of move over law violation-two lanes in the same direction; fined $135. Additional charge of no proof of motor vehicle insurance was dismissed.
