Operate vehicle with expired registration — Matthew L. Bauman, 28, of Fairmont; fined $115.

Failure of driver to carry proof of insurance when operating a vehicle — Monica L. Strand Sazama, 51, of Brewster; fined $285.

Elizabeth J. Dalton, 28, of Mankato was convicted of theft-take/use/transfer movable property without consent; fined $260, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 86 days for one year, credit for time served four days, one year unsupervised probation, restitution reserved for 30 days, do not enter the Fairmont Walmart, no same or similar.

Zachary Z. Kuebler, 23, of St. James was convicted of theft-take/use/transfer movable property without consent; fined $129.88, restitution $29.88, sentenced to jail 55 days, credit for time served 55 days, pay restitution. Also convicted of fleeing a peace officer by a means other than a motor vehicle; sentenced to jail 55 days, credit for time served 55 days. Additional charges of obstruct legal process-lawful execution of legal process, and fourth-degree damage to property-intentional damage-other circumstances, were both dismissed.

Joel J. Rivera Barrios, 32, of Fairmont was convicted of no proof of motor vehicle insurance; fined $200. Also convicted of no Minnesota drivers license (after 60 days residency/30 days CDL); fined $185.

Driving after suspension — Heidi Jo Suhl, 50, of Wells; fined $285.

Kirstin L. Kitchel, 27, of Elmore was convicted of driving after suspension; fined $285. Also convicted of failure of driver to carry proof of insurance when operating a vehicle; fined $200.
