Taylor J. Conn, 19, of Fairmont was convicted of fourth-degree damage to property-intentional damage-other circumstances; fined $7,372, restitution $7,272, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 89 days for one year, credit for time served one day, one year supervised probation, contact probation officer as directed, pay restitution, no same or similar, participate in and successfully complete individual therapy as directed by probation agent and follow any recommendations, complete comprehensive assessment and follow recommendations of evaluation, no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, no alcohol/controlled substance possession with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if changes address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives. Also convicted of domestic assault-intentionally attempts to inflict bodily harm on another; fined $7,372, restitution $7,272, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 89 days for one year, credit for time served one day, one year supervised probation, contact probation officer as directed, pay restitution, no same or similar, participate in and successfully complete individual therapy as directed by probation agent and follow any recommendations, complete comprehensive assessment and follow recommendations of evaluation, no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, no alcohol/controlled substance possession with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if changes address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives.

Paul B. McKim, 54, of Fairmont was convicted of disorderly conduct-offensive/abusive/noisy/obscene; fined $185, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 90 days for one year, one year unsupervised probation, no same or similar, complete comprehensive assessment and follow recommendations of evaluation, no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, no alcohol/controlled substance possession with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing.

Brent N. Shaikoski, 41, of Winnebago was convicted of vehicle registration/permit/plates required; fined $115. Also convicted of driving without motorcycle endorsement; fined $50. Also convicted of speeding; fined $40. Additional charge of failure of driver to carry proof of insurance when operating a vehicle was dismissed.

Cole K. Wiebe, 39, of Fairmont was convicted of fifth-degree controlled substance possession-not small amount of marijuana; fined $85, sentenced to jail 300 days, credit for time served 13 days, may be allowed Huber if qualifies, may be allowed sentence to service if qualifies. Additional charge of possession of drug paraphernalia-use or possession prohibited was dismissed.
