Driving without a valid drivers license endorsement for vehicle driven — Nicholas T. Mace, 26, of Ormsby; fined $185.
Driving after revocation — Ariel E. Clausen, 30, of Fairmont; Anthony Sandoval, 32, of Fairmont; each fined $285.
Desiree A. Briseno, 47, of Fairmont was convicted of driving after revocation; fined $135, sentenced to jail 10 days, stayed 10 days for six months, six months unsupervised probation, no same or similar.
Mikayla L. Garver, 20, of Elmore was convicted of driving after revocation; fined $300. Also convicted of uninsured vehicle-driver violation; fined $300.
Jacob M. Govern, 25, of Ledyard, Iowa was convicted on a felony charge of receiving stolen property; fined $660, commit to Commissioner of Corrections 15 months, stayed five years, sentenced to jail 72 days, credit for time served 72 days, five years supervised probation, contact probation officer as directed,
pay restitution before fees, fines and surcharges, restitution reserved if filed within 45 days, cognitive skill training if recommended by probation agent, complete comprehensive assessment, follow all recommendations of evaluation, complete diagnostic assessment if recommended by probation agent,
no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, no alcohol/controlled substance possession with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing, provide list of prescribed medications to probation officer, obtain employment, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if changes address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, give a DNA sample when directed, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives, don’t register to vote until discharged from probation and civil rights are fully restored. Also convicted on a felony charge of theft-take/drive; fined $1,160, commit to Commissioner of Corrections 15 months, stayed five years, sentenced to jail 72 days, credit for time served 72 days, five years supervised probation, contact probation officer as directed, pay restitution before fees, fines and surcharges, restitution reserved if filed within 45 days, cognitive skill training if directed by agent, complete comprehensive assessment, follow all recommendations of evaluation, complete diagnostic assessment if directed by probation agent,

Michael W. Osmundsen, 41, of Fairmont was convicted of driving after revocation; fined $285. Also convicted of vehicle registration/permit/plates required; fined $30. Also convicted of failure to wear seat belt while in a motor vehicle; fined $25.
Kevin L. Urban, Jr., 39, of Elmore was convicted of driving after revocation; fined $300. Also convicted of operate unregistered vehicle without plates on public streets or highways; fined $300. Also convicted of failure of driver to carry proof of insurance when operating a vehicle; fined $300.
