James W. Ritchie, 36, of Weyauwega, Wis.; Jacob A. Smiley, 23, of Maple Grove; each fined $145.

Failure to wear seat belt while in a motor vehicle — Steven P. Pilcher, 69, of Blue Earth; fined $110.

No Minnesota drivers license (after 60 days residency/30 days CDL) — Sade L. Tatum, 34, of Sioux Falls, S.D.; fined $185.

Disorderly conduct-offensive/abusive/boisterous/niosy/obscene — Kary A. Drummer-Armendariz, 43, of Wells; Sunshine T. Giese, 24, of Wells; each fined $260.

Adam C. Nordgaard, 39, of Fairchild, Wis. was convicted of no Minnesota drivers license; fined $185. Also convicted of vehicle exceeds width restrictions; fined $100. Additional charges of no Minnesota registration, no insurance-owner violation, and CMV-driver disqualified from operating CMV under 391.15, were all dismissed.

Levi J. Sprague, 32, of Staples was convicted of issue dishonored check-offense; fined $430.16, restitution $345.16, sentenced to jail 365 days, stayed 365 days for one year, one year supervised probation, sentence to service two days for indeterminate, contact probation officer as directed, pay minimum of $30 per month towards restitution, no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if changes address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign all releases of information.
