Improperly worn seat belt — Scott S. Starrett, 60, of Delavan; fined $110.

Driving without a valid drivers license for vehicle class or type — Maricruz Gonzalez, 26, of Blue Earth; fined $185.

Driving after revocation — Elias D. Kauffmann, 21, of Wells; Anna M. Moreno, 37, of Wells; each fined $285.

Matthew R. Mattin, 37, of Winnebago received a stay of imposition pursuant to Minnesota statutes on a felony charge of fifth-degree controlled substance possession-not small amount of marijuana; fined $1,160, sentenced to jail 30 days, credit for time served 30 days, three years supervised probation, contact probation officer as directed, complete chemical dependency services, participate in mental health services as recommended in neuropsychological evaluation, attend support groups as directed by probation, attend Sober Support meeting on a weekly basis, no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, no alcohol/controlled substance possession with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if changes address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, give a DNA sample when directed, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives, don’t register to vote until discharged from probation and civil rights are fully restored. Additional charges of obstruct legal process-interfere with peace officer, and possession of drug paraphernalia-use or possession prohibited, were both dismissed.

Jeffrey G. Wingren, 62, of Hinsdale, Ill. was convicted of speeding; fined $385. Also convicted of suspended object; fined $40. Additional charge of reckless driving-consciously disregarding a substantial or unjustifiable risk was dismissed.

Adam D. McGibney, 28, of Arlington Heights, Ill. had a charge of carry/possess pistol without permit in public place-second or subsequent offense continued for dismissal; fined $75, one year unsupervised monitoring without conviction, no same or similar. Also had a felony charge of commit crime while wearing or possessing bullet resist vest continued for dismissal; one year unsupervised monitoring without conviction, no same or similar. Also had a charge of possess over 1.4 grams of marijuana in motor vehicle continued for dismissal; one year unsupervised monitoring without conviction, no same or similar. Also had a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia-use or possession prohibited continued for dismissal; one year unsupervised monitoring without conviction, no same or similar.

Micky J. Walitshek, 27, of Truman was convicted of no insurance-owner violation; fined $200. Also convicted of no Minnesota drivers license; fined $185.
