Sandra Perez, 39, of Blue Earth was convicted of driving after revocation; fined $285. Also convicted of failure of driver to carry proof of insurance when operating a vehicle; fined $200.

Jacob W. Peterson, 24, of Sioux Falls, S.D. was convicted of no proof of motor vehicle insurance; fined $200. Also convicted of speeding; fined $135. Also convicted of no Minnesota drivers license; fined $100. Also convicted of no Minnesota registration; fined $100.

David A. Tyus, 34, of Brooklyn Center was convicted of driving after revocation; fined $200. Also convicted of speeding; fined $125.

Jeffery E. Underhill, 38, of Fairmont was convicted of domestic abuse-violate Order for Protection; fined $310, sentenced to jail six days, credit for time served six days.

Steven R. Wheeler, 31, of Louisville, Ky. was convicted of marijuana in motor vehicle-less than 1.4 grams; fined $485. Also convicted of possession of drug paraphernalia; fined $485. Also convicted of no proof of motor vehicle insurance; fined $485.

Lisa M. Trueblood, 38, of Welcome was convicted of fifth-degree controlled substance possession-not small amount of marijuana; fined $100, sentenced to jail 244 days, credit for time served 13 days, may work STS while in custody. Additional charges of fleeing a peace officer by a means other than a motor vehicle, and possession of drug paraphernalia-use or possession prohibited, were both dismissed.
