Jamie C. Hawthorne, 25, of Kasota had a felony charge of fifth-degree controlled substance possession-not small amount of marijuana continued for dismissal; fined $75, one year unsupervised monitoring without conviction, no same or similar. Also had a felony charge of possess ammo of any firearm-conviction or adjudicated delinquent for crime of violence continued for dismissal; one year unsupervised monitoring without conviction, no same or similar.

Jonathan T. Selin, 57, of Elmore was convicted of disorderly conduct-offensive/abusive/noisy/obscene; sentenced to jail three days, credit for time served three days, waive fine and surcharges.

Donald Andress Jr., 36, of Wapwallopen, Pa. was convicted of fourth-degree driving while impaired; fined $610, sentenced to jail four days, credit for time served four days.

Gennadiy Mikhaylovich Okhman, 34, of Shakopee was convicted of Theft-indifferent to owner rights; fined $910, sentence to jail 365 days, stayed 332 days for two years, credit for time served 33 days, two years supervised probation, community work service 16 hours for indeterminate, contact probation officer as directed, comply with any and all requests from ICE post sentencing, complete mental health evaluation within 90 days and follow all recommendations, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if changes address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, give a DNA sample when directed, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives if prohibited by law. Additional charge of fifth-degree controlled substance possession-not small amount of marijuana was dismissed.

Christian M. Jagodzinske, 25, of Hermantown was convicted on a felony charge of domestic assault; fined $1,085, commit to Commissioner of Corrections 24 months, stayed 5 years, sentenced to jail 270 days, credit for time served 37 days, five years supervised probation, contact probation officer as directed, complete updated comprehensive assessment and follow all recommendations for care and aftercare, complete domestic abuse batterer’s intervention program as directed by agent, complete an anger management course once domestic abuse programming is complete, no direct or indirect acts of violence, threats or intimidation including social media, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if changes address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, give a DNA sample when directed, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives, don’t register to vote until discharged from probation and civil rights are fully restored. Additional felony charges of third-degree assault-substantial bodily harm, and terroristic threats-attempt to cause terror, were both dismissed.
