Forestry-open burning prohibit demolition debris — William J. Meyeraan, 61, of Fairmont; fined $285.
Zachary J. Brandt, 35, of Estherville, Iowa was convicted on a felony charge of fifth-degree controlled substance possession-not small amount of marijuana; fined $75, commit to Commissioner of Corrections 366 days, stayed one day, sentenced to jail 284 days, credit for time served 284 days, one day supervised probation.
Also convicted of domestic abuse-violate No Contact Order; fined $75, sentenced to jail 30 days, credit for time served 30 days. An additional felony charge of first-degree burglary of an occupied dwelling with non-accomplice present, and misdemeanor charges of domestic abuse-violate No Contact Order, and domestic assault-commits act to cause fear of immediate bodily harm or death, were all dismissed.
Cody R. Foster, 26, of Fairmont was convicted of neglect of a child-likely substantial harm to physical or emotional health; fined $100, sentenced to jail 365 days, stayed 365 days for two years, two years supervised probation, sentence to service eight days for indeterminate, contact probation officer as directed, complete diagnostic assessment if recommended by probation agent, follow all conditions of current child protection case, no same or similar, cognitive skill training if recommended by probation agent, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if changes address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives.
Alyssa L. Claussen Gilderhus, 24, of Albert Lea was convicted of collision with unattended vehicle-fail to notify police or victim; fined $285, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 86 days for one year, credit for time served four days, one year unsupervised probation, pay restitution if filed within 30 days, no same or similar. Additional charges of traffic collision-injury, death or vehicle damage-drive fails to give information, and driver who’s not owner must later produce proof of insurance if required, were both dismissed.
Desirae M. Greer, 37, of Fairmont was convicted of overnight parking; fined $72. Two additional separate charges of overnight parking were both dismissed.
Samuel J. Little Cloud, 39, of Fairmont was convicted of driving after revocation fined $285, sentenced to jail 10 days, stayed 10 days for one year, one year unsupervised probation, no same or similar.
Amilcar E. Lopez Ramirez, 31, of Worthington was convicted on two separate charges of limited time parking zone; fined $47 for each charge.
Jane R. Silverthorn, 68, of Fairmont was convicted of driving without a valid drivers license for vehicle class or type; fined $385. Also convicted of failure of driver to carry proof of insurance when operating a vehicle; fined $385.
Abbiegail M. White, 18, of Fairmont was convicted of fail to stop at stop signs or stop lines at entrance to thru highway; fined $135. Also convicted of speeding; fined $60.
Jorge A. Ortiz, 24, of Weslaco, Texas was convicted of driving without a valid drivers license endorsement for vehicle driven; fined $325. Also convicted of speeding; fined $325.
Joshua D. Scholl, 34, of Fairmont was convicted of driving after revocation; fined $485. Also convicted of driver who’s not owner must later produce proof of insurance if required; fined $485.
Nt Aitaro, 27, of Wilsonville, Ore. was convicted of speeding; fined $235. Also convicted of no Minnesota drivers license; fined $235.
