Jodie J. Lamack, 38, of Fairmont was convicted of operate motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol; fined $910, sentenced to jail 365 days, stayed 335 days for two years, credit for time served four days, serve remaining 26 days on EHM with alco-sensor, work release is granted, two years supervised probation, contact probation officer as directed, no same or similar, complete chemical assessment, follow recommendations of evaluation, no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, no alcohol/controlled substance possession with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, attend MADD impact panel, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if changes address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives if prohibited by law. Additional charge of driving while impaired-refuse to submit to chemical test-breath or test refusal or failure was dismissed.
Travis B. Gentry, 40, of Fairmont was convicted of use or possession of police communication equipment; fined $300. Also convicted of driving after suspension; fined $285. Also convicted of uninsured vehicle-owner violation; fined $200.
Erik M. Fultz, 42, of Clarkfield was convicted of driving after revocation; fined $285. Also convicted of failure to wear seat belt while in a motor vehicle; fined $25. Additional charge of no proof of motor vehicle insurance was dismissed.
Jasmine Martinez, 22, of Chicago, Ill. was convicted of speeding; fined $125. Also convicted of no Minnesota drivers license; fined $100.
