Over legal tandem axle weight — Charles B. Prescher, 75, of Blue Earth; fined $285.
Over legal table weight — Vanessa J. Bromeland, 38, of Delavan; fined $385.
Cesar A. Hinostroza, 30, of Bricelyn was convicted of careless driving-operate any vehicle carelessly on street or highway; fined $185. Also convicted of vehicle registration/permit/plates required; fined $30. Additional charge of failure of driver to carry proof of insurance when operating a vehicle was dismissed.
Michael D. Anderson, 55, of Wells received a stay of imposition pursuant to Minnesota statutes on a felony charge of check forgery-make or alter a check; fined $75,085, restitution $75,000, sentenced to jail 30 days, serve as work release if eligible, three years supervised probation, sentence to service two days for indeterminate, contact probation officer as directed, pay restitution, no gambling, defendant will be prevented from working with bank securities or investment filed while on probation, complete mental health diagnostic within 45 days and follow all recommendations, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, no mood-altering chemicals including alcohol, random testing, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if changes address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, give a DNA sample when when directed, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives, do not register to vote or vote until discharged from, probation and civil rights are fully restored. Additional felony charges of check forgery-make or alter a check, theft-false representation, and identity theft-transfers/possesses/uses identity of other person, were all dismissed.
Margarita L. Tellez, 27, of Winnebago was convicted of driving after revocation; fined $285. Also convicted of possession of drug paraphernalia-use or possession prohibited; fined $50.
Eleanor N. Pourrier, 56, of Elmore received an amended court decision on a charge of fifth-degree controlled substance possession-not small amount of marijuana; complete updated chemical assessment and follow all recommendations, can be furloughed to inpatient treatment if recommended, meet with agent immediately upon release from custody, reinstate back on probation subject to all original terms and conditions.
Tomasz T. Sufleta, 40, of Chicago, Ill. was convicted of speeding; fined $145. Also convicted of move over law violation-two lanes in same direction; fined $50.
