Failure to drive with due care — Robert M. Carter, 69, of Estherville, Iowa; fined $125.

No Minnesota drivers license — Sheena K. Jenkins, 36, of Rapid City, S.D.; fined $185.

Driving after suspension — Reed A. Burckhardt, 37, of Minneapolis; fined $285.

Driving after revocation — Katherine M. Emery, 38, of Fairmont; Jonathan Vega Olea, 32, of Winnebago; Jeremy Michael V. Wilburn, 39, of Fairmont; each fined $285.

Matthew A. Burns, 31, of Fairmont was convicted on a felony charge of first-degree assault-aid and abet-great bodily harm; fined $2,185, commit to Commissioner of Corrections 98 months, stayed 10 years, sentenced to jail 180 days, credit for time served 110 days, may serve remaining 10 days in custody or be put on EHM, 10 years supervised probation, contact probation officer as directed, follow all treatment discharge recommendations, participate in mental health counseling as directed by agent, no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, no alcohol/controlled substance possession with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, no threatening or assaultive behavior, cognitive skill training as directed by agent, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if changes address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, give a DNA sample when directed, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives, don’t register to vote until discharged from probation and civil rights are fully restored. Additional felony charges of first-degree assault-great bodily harm, first-degree aggravated robbery-aid and abet, first-degree attempt to commit aggravated robbery, third-degree assault-aid and abet-substantial bodily harm, third-degree assault-substantial bodily harm, and fifth-degree controlled substance possession-not small amount of marijuana, were all dismissed.

Manuel Trevino Jr., 34, of Sherburn was convicted of driving after revocation; fined $185, sentenced to jail 10 days, credit for time served 10 days, one year unsupervised probation, don’t drive without valid drivers license, provide proof of insurance, no other traffic offenses, no same or similar. Additional charges of driver who’s not owner must later produce proof of insurance if required, and vehicle registration/permit/plates required, were both dismissed.

Christopher J. Baer, 22, of Truman was convicted of fleeing a peace officer by a means other than a motor vehicle; sentenced to jail 21 days, credit for time served 21 days. Additional charge of driving after revocation was dismissed.

Johnathan R. Carlin, 23, of Blackhawk, S.D. was convicted of driving after revocation; fined $285. Also convicted of marijuana in motor vehicle-less than 1.4 grams; fined $50.

Tyler J. Murray, 30, of Welcome was convicted of speeding; fined $385. Additional charge of no Minnesota drivers license was dismissed.
