Jessica L. Hinton, 35, of Fairmont was convicted on a felony charge of fifth-degree controlled substance possession-not small amount of marijuana; fined $1,160, commit to Commissioner of Corrections 13 months, stayed five years, sentenced to jail 27 days, credit for time served 27 days, five years supervised probation, contact probation officer as directed, contact the Fairmont Felony DOC office within 24 hours of sentencing to report updated contact info, no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, no alcohol/controlled substance possession with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing, complete chemical assessment and provide to agent, complete diagnostic assessment within 90 days of sentencing and follow all recommendations for care and aftercare, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, cognitive skill training as directed by agent, provide list of prescribed medications to probation officer, obtain employment, maintain employment, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if changes address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, give a DNA sample when directed, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives, don’t register to vote until discharged from probation and civil rights are fully restored. Also convicted of domestic assault-intentionally attempts to inflict bodily harm on another; fined $75, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 63 days for one year, credit for time served 27 days, one year supervised probation, contact probation officer as directed, no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, no alcohol/controlled substance possession with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing, complete chemical assessment and provide to agent, complete diagnostic assessment within 90 days of sentencing and follow all recommendations for care and aftercare, complete domestic abuse batterer’s intervention program within 60 days of sentencing and follow all recommendations for care and aftercare, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, cognitive skill training as directed by agent, provide list of prescribed medications to probation officer, obtain employment, maintain employment, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if changes address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives. Additional charges of domestic abuse-violate No Contact Order, and domestic abuse-violate Order for Protection, were both dismissed.

Tori Elizabeth J. Quade, 33, of Fairmont was convicted of driving after revocation; fined $360, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 90 days for one year, one year unsupervised probation, no same or similar. Also convicted of uninsured vehicle-driver violation; fined $285, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 90 days for one year, one year unsupervised probation, no same or similar. Additional charge of driving after revocation was dismissed.

Ivan Danuluk, 42, of Inverness, Ill., had a charge of speeding continued for dismissal; fined $225, six months unsupervised monitoring without conviction, no same or similar.

Erin K. Maier, 34, of Ceylon was convicted of driving after revocation; fined $285, sentenced to jail 30 days, stayed 30 days for one year, one year unsupervised probation, no same or similar.

John G. Watson, 29, of Mankato received an amended court decision on a felony charge of third-degree assault-substantial bodily harm; commit to Commissioner of Corrections 15 months, supply DNA sample, fines and fees to be deducted from prison earnings if any.
