Terry V. Hatfield, 55, of Jackson received an amended court decision on a felony charge of fifth-degree controlled substance possession-not small amount of marijuana; complete an updated chemical dependency assessment and follow all recommendations, if treatment is recommended, should successfully complete and follow recommendations for care and aftercare, reinstate supervised probation under all previously ordered conditions, continue with mental health services and attend appointments as directed until formally discharged.

Sandberg, 60, of Sherburn was convicted of driving while impaired-alcohol concentration 0.08 within two hours; fined $810, sentenced to jail 365 days, stayed 335 days for two years, credit for time served two days, credit for 14 days on EHM, may serve remaining 14 days on EHM with alco-sensor, two years supervised probation, contact probation officer as directed, complete chemical assessment, follow recommendations of evaluation, permission to attend daughter’s wedding in Iowa, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, no alcohol/controlled substance possession with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing, attend MADD impact panel, no same or similar, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if changes address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives if prohibited by law. Joshua M. Hansen, 39, of Truman was convicted of ownership/registration of cars or trucks-fail to submit register within 10 days; fined $185. Also convicted of operate motor vehicle with expired registration; fined $30.
