Nancy J. Lammon, 60, of Jackson, Mich.; fined $145.

Disorderly conduct-brawling or fighting — Jessie J. Gomez Jr., 47, of Alamo, Texas; fined $185.

Brandon D. Aukes, 40, of Fairmont was convicted of driving after suspension; fined $285. Also convicted of failure of driver to carry proof of insurance when operating a vehicle; fined $200.

Sky L. Christensen, 33, of Elmore was convicted of driving after suspension; fined $285. Also convicted of driving without a valid drivers license for vehicle class or type; fined $185. Additional charge of operate vehicle with expired registration was dismissed.

Glenn R. Abbott, 58, of Fairmont was convicted of operate motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol; fined $615, sentenced to jail 365 days, stayed 335 days for two years, serve 48 hours in jail and serve remaining 28 days on EHM with alco-sensor at defendant’s expense, two years supervised probation, complete chemical assessment and follow all recommendations, no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing, attend MADD impact panel, contact probation officer as directed, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if changes address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, give a DNA sample when when directed, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives if prohibited by law. Additional charge of open bottle law-possession was dismissed.

Yorman M. Reyes, 41, of Wells was convicted of fifth-degree assault-fear of bodily harm or death; sentenced to jail 90 days, credit for time served 63 days, credit for days satisfies the sentence.
