Arnaldo Joel M. Malave, 22, of Fairmont was convicted of speeding-exceed limit 55 mph where appropriate 110/55; fined $285. Sentenced to 2 days credit for time served 2 days. Also convicted of driver who is not owner must later produce proof of insurance if required; fined $200. Additional charges of traffic-drivers license-driving after suspension were dismissed.

Janelle I. Olabarrieta, 27, of Fairmont was convicted of drivers license-driving without as valid license for vehicle class or type; fined $185. Also convicted of motor vehicle registration-operate unregistered without plates on public streets/highway; fined $100.

Eric P. Schulte, 39, of Easton was convicted of drugs-fifth-degree-possess schedule 1,2,3,4-not small amount marijuana; fined $575. Statutory stay of adjudication, sentenced to jail 4 days credit for time served 4 days, 1 year supervised probation, follow recommendations of evaluation, follow recommendations from most recent CD assessment, as well as following the discharge recommendations from Keystone Inpatient Treatment, no alcohol/controlled substance use, with the exception of prescribed medications, no possession of alcohol or drugs, with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing, take medications in the prescribed dosage and frequency, provide list of prescribed medications to probation officer, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation officer as directed, tell probation officer within 72 hours if have contact with law enforcement, tell probation officer within 72 hours if are charged with any new crime, tell your probation officer within 72 hours if change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with the search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, and thing as directed by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, do not use or possess firearms, ammunition or explosives, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state. Additional charges of disorderly conduct-brawling of fighting were dismissed.

Andrew D. Klingenberg, 32, of Spirit Lake, Iowa, was convicted on the charge of traffic-third-degree DWI-operate motor vehicle-alcohol concentration 0.08 within 2 hours; fined $785.
