Danika J. Freeman, 30, of Fairmont Minn., was convicted on a felony charge of drugs-fifth-degree-possess schedule 1,2,3,4-not small amount marijuana; fined $100. Commit to Commissioner of Corrections-MN Correctional Facility-Shakopee for 12 months 1 day, stayed for 5 years, local confinement 90 days, credit for time served 32 days, 5 years supervised probation, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation officer as directed, tell probation officer within 72 hours if have contact with law enforcement, tell probation officer within 72 hours if are charged with any new crime, tell your probation officer within 72 hours if change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with the search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, and thing as directed by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, give a DNA sample when directed, do not use or possess firearms, ammunition or explosives, do not register to vote or vote until discharged from probation and your civil rights asre fully restored, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, complete chemical assessment, follow recommendations of evaluation, if inpatient is recommended, defendant shall be transported by the Martin County Sheriff’s office once jail term is completed, no alcohol/controlled substance use, with the exception of prescribed medications, no possession of alcohol or drugs, with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing, obtain employment, maintain employment, cognitive skill training, if recommended by probation agent, no same or similar. Additional charges of tamper with motor vehicle/enter without owner permission. Sentenced to 90 days, credit for time served 32 days, pay restitution if filed within 30 days. Also, 3 felony charges of drugs-fifth-degree-possess schedule 1,2,3,4-not small amount marijuana; Fleeing a peace officer by a means other than a motor vehicle; Obstruct legal process-interfere with peace officer; Drugs-possession of drug paraphernalia-use or possession prohibited were all dismissed.

Ruby Olgin, 40, of Fairmont was convicted of driving after revocation; fined $285. Additional charges of wireless communications device-engage in cellular phone or video call; fined $50.

Joshua J. Knake, 34, of Welcome was convicted on a felony charge of drugs-third-degree-sale-narcotic; fined $75. Stay of imposition pursuant to M.S. 609.135. Sentenced to service, 15 days for indeterminate, and to 40 days, credit for time served 40 days, 5 years supervised probation, defendant is to remain in custody until and updated Rule 25 assessment is completed and recommendations are provided for treatment, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation officer as directed, tell probation officer within 72 hours if have contact with law enforcement, tell probation officer within 72 hours if are charged with any new crime, tell your probation officer within 72 hours if change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with the search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, and thing as directed by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, give a DNA sample when directed, do not use or possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives, do not register to vote or vote until discharged from probation and your civil rights asre fully restored, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, complete chemical assessment, complete an updated chemical dependency assessment, follow recommendations of evaluation, if inpatient treatment is recommended, defendant must remain in custody until a bed becomes available and will be transferred by the Martin County Sheriff’s Office. If inpatient treatment is not recommended, defendant must follow and comply with all recommendations, contact with probation, contact Fairmont Felony Office weekly (in person), until residence can be established and transfer complete, no alcohol/controlled substance use, with the exception of prescribed medications, no possession of alcohol or drugs, with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing, provide list of prescribed medications to probation officer, obtain employment, maintain employment, complete a mental health diagnostic evalution within 90 days, follow all recommendations for care and aftercare, if mental health case management is recommended comply with all services as directed, pay restitution, pay $280 (funds used for controlled purchase), as requested through the Request for Restitution by the Minnesota River Valley Drug Task force, this should be paid in full within the first two years of probation.

Arnaldo Joel M. Malave, 22, of Fairmont was convicted of speeding-exceed limit 55 mph where appropriate 110/55; fined $285. Sentenced to 2 days credit for time served 2 days. Also convicted of driver who is not owner must later produce proof of insurance if required; fined $200. Additional charges of traffic-drivers license-driving after suspension were dismissed.

Janelle I. Olabarrieta, 27, of Fairmont was convicted of drivers license-driving without as valid license for vehicle class or type; fined $185. Also convicted of motor vehicle registration-operate unregistered without plates on public streets/highway; fined $100.

Eric P. Schulte, 39, of Easton was convicted of drugs-fifth-degree-possess schedule 1,2,3,4-not small amount marijuana; fined $575. Statutory stay of adjudication, sentenced to jail 4 days credit for time served 4 days, 1 year supervised probation, follow recommendations of evaluation, follow recommendations from most recent CD assessment, as well as following the discharge recommendations from Keystone Inpatient Treatment, no alcohol/controlled substance use, with the exception of prescribed medications, no possession of alcohol or drugs, with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing, take medications in the prescribed dosage and frequency, provide list of prescribed medications to probation officer, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation officer as directed, tell probation officer within 72 hours if have contact with law enforcement, tell probation officer within 72 hours if are charged with any new crime, tell your probation officer within 72 hours if change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with the search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, and thing as directed by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, do not use or possess firearms, ammunition or explosives, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state. Additional charges of disorderly conduct-brawling of fighting were dismissed.

Andrew D. Klingenberg, 32, of Spirit Lake, Iowa, was convicted on the charge of traffic-third-degree DWI-operate motor vehicle-alcohol concentration 0.08 within 2 hours; fined $785. Sentenced to jail 365 days stayed for 360 days for 2 years credit for time served 5 days, 2 years supervised probation, follow recommendations of evaluation, attend MADD Impact Panel, at the request by probation agent, no alcohol/controlled substance use, with the exception of prescribed medications, no possession of alcohol or drugs, with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation officer as directed, tell probation officer within 72 hours if have contact with law enforcement, tell probation officer within 72 hours if are charged with any new crime, tell your probation officer within 72 hours if change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with the search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, and thing as directed by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, do not use or possess firearms, ammunition or explosives, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, no same or similar.
