Driving after suspension — Renee M. Aguilar, 43, of Fairmont; fined $285.
Raquel A. Banda, 27, of Fairmont was convicted of driving without a valid drivers license for vehicle class or type; fined $185, sentenced to jail 30 days, stayed 30 days for one year, one year unsupervised probation, obtain valid drivers license, no same or similar. Additional charge of careless driving-operate any vehicle carelessly on street or highway was dismissed.
Dale D. Gatton, 21, of Fairmont was convicted of owner, who’s not driver must later produce proof of insurance if required; fined $385. Additional charge of operation without motor vehicle registration was dismissed.
Anthony C. Schultz, 29, of Winnebago was convicted of driving after revocation; fined $285, sentenced to jail two days, credit for time served two days.
Nicholas J. Miller, 21, of Mankato was convicted on a felony charge of predatory offender-knowingly commits act or fails to fulfill registration requirement; fined $160, commit to Commissioner of Corrections 366 days, stayed for five years, sentenced to jail 312 days, credit for time served 312 days, five years unsupervised probation.
Jessica I. Perez, 41, of Jackson was convicted of failure of driver to carry proof of insurance when operating a vehicle; fined $285, sentenced to jail 30 days, stayed 28 days for one year, credit for time served two days, one year unsupervised probation, no same or similar. Also convicted of driving after suspension; fined $200, sentenced to jail two days, credit for time served two days, no same or similar. Additional charges of driver who’s not owner must later produce proof of insurance if required, and driving after suspension, were both dismissed.
Scott D. Heeren, 57, of Ceylon had a charge of junk continued for dismissal; two months unsupervised monitoring without conviction, clean the property to the satisfaction of the City of Ceylon.
Keya M. Ricard, 35, of Trimont received a stat of adjudication on a charge of junk; one year unsupervised monitoring without conviction, if pool is to be used it should be filled, keep yard in compliance with city ordinance.
Rene A. Garza, 38, of Madelia was convicted of domestic assault-intentionally attempts to inflict bodily harm on another; fined $75, sentenced to jail 32 days, credit for time served 32 days. Additional charge of driving after cancellation was dismissed.

DISTRICT COURT
Edwin J. Haler, 52, of Frost was convicted of driving after cancellation-inimical to public safety; fined $660, sentenced to jail 365 days, stayed 362 days for one year, credit for time served three days, one year unsupervised probation, comply with ignition interlock program, no same or similar. Also convicted of driving restrictions-drive/operate/control motor vehicle without ignition interlock; fined $150 sentenced to jail three days, credit for time served three days. Additional charges of second-degree operate motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol, and driving restrictions-non alcohol/controlled substance violations, were both dismissed.
