Failure to obtain new drivers license after changing name or address — Paul Orta Jr., 32, of Blue Earth; fined $105.
Miguel A. Torres Morales, 47, of Blooming Prairie was convicted of third-degree driving while impaired-one aggravating factor; fined $865, sentenced to jail 365 days, stayed 335 days for two years, credit for time served three days, serve as work release if eligible, serve remaining 30 days of EHM with alco-sensor at defendant’s expense, Huber is granted if qualifies with jail standards, two years supervised probation, complete chemical assessment and follow all recommendations, attend MADD impact panel, no mood-altering chemicals including alcohol, random testing, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if been charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use or possess firearms, ammunition or explosives if prohibited by law. Also convicted of giving peace officer false name; sentenced to jail three days, credit for time served three days, concurrent with other case. Additional charges of fifth-degree controlled substance possession-not small amount of marijuana, and open bottle law-possession, were both dismissed.
Goldy L. Eaton, 65, of Winnebago received a stay of adjudication on a charge of harassment-violate restraining order; fined $50, six months unsupervised probation, no same or similar.
Kate N. Isdahl, 20, of Truman received a statutory stay of adjudication on a charge of fifth-degree controlled substance possession-not small amount of marijuana; fined $585, sentenced to jail five days, credit for time served five days, one year supervised probation, sentence to service eight hours for indeterminate, contact probation officer as directed, follow all recommendations for the current CHIPS file, follow all recommendations of chemical dependency assessment dated 5/24/21 which includes outpatient treatment programming and aftercare, no mood-altering chemicals, random testing, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if been charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use or possess firearms, ammunition or explosives if prohibited by law. Also convicted of theft-take/use/transfer movable property without consent; sentenced to jail five days, credit for time served five days.
Rogina R. Kelly, 60, of Winnebago received a stay of adjudication on a charge of harassment-violate restraining order; fined $50, six months unsupervised probation, no harassment violations, no same or similar.
