Failure to wear seat belt while in a motor vehicle — Jordan A. Rosillo, 29, of Blue Earth; fined $110.

Courtney L. Benscoter, 45, of Wells was convicted of operate motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol; fined $610, sentenced to jail 365 days, stayed 365 days for two years, two years supervised probation, complete chemical assessment and follow all recommendations, attend MADD impact panel, no mood-altering chemicals including alcohol, random testing, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if been charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use or possess firearms, ammunition or explosives if prohibited by law.

Nancy R. Snyder, 42, of Hartsville, S.C. was convicted of speeding; fined $385. Also convicted of child passenger restraint system-improperly worn or used; fined $50.

General windshield prohibitions-no cracked or discolored windshields — Jason F. Bretzman, 49, of Windom; fined $125.

Chance D. Wohlers, 34, of Trimont was convicted of domestic assault-intentionally attempts to inflict bodily harm on another; fined $385, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 85 days for one year, credit for time served five days, one year supervised probation, participate in 10 individual therapy sessions with a licensed therapist approved by probation and completed by 11/1/2021, no same or similar, no threatening or verbally or physically harassing behavior, no further violations of the law, no alcohol/controlled substance use, no alcohol/controlled substance possession, random testing, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign all releases of information, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives.
