Mandie C. Johnson, 36, of Blue Earth was convicted of fifth-degree controlled substance possession-not small amount of marijuana; fined $585, sentenced to jail 365 days, stayed 360 days for two years, credit for time served five days, two years supervised probation, sentence to service 16 hours for indeterminate, follow all recommendations of chemical dependency assessment completed on 4/5/2021, no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing, continue individual mental health therapy until discharged, take medications in the prescribed dosage and frequency, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if been charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use or possess firearms, ammunition or explosives if prohibited by law.
Roger D. Rodenz, 42, of Blue Earth received a stay of imposition pursuant to Minnesota statutes on a felony charge of third-degree burglary; fined $1,085, sentenced to jail four days, credit for time served four days, three years supervised probation, restitution reserved for 30 days, no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if been charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, give a DNA sample when directed, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use or possess firearms, ammunition or explosives, don’t register to vote until discharged from probation and civil rights are fully restored.
Donald L. Fort, 37, of Oakland was convicted of uninsured vehicle-driver violation; fined $285. Additional charge of driving after cancellation-inimical to public safety was dismissed.
Rachel A. Williams, 43, of Sioux Falls, S.D. was convicted of driving after suspension; fined $200. Also convicted of no proof of motor vehicle insurance; fined $200. Also convicted of speeding; fined $125.
Sheri Ann V. Anderson, 57, of Clear Lake, Iowa was convicted of issue dishonored check-offense; fined $192, restitution $55.52.
