Speeding — Rio R. Warner, 36, of Hollywood, Calif.; Chad R. Goldstrom, 37, of New Kensington, Pa.; Nicholas P. La Point, 22, of Scottsdale, Ariz.; each fined $125.

Julie J. Hindt, 63, of Blue Earth; fined $135.

Madison R. Molacek, 19, of Jackson was convicted of driving after suspension; fined $200. Also convicted of possession of drug paraphernalia-use prohibited; fined $135. Also convicted of speeding; fined $40.

Ramon Briseno, 32, of Blue Earth had a charge of disorderly conduct-brawling or fighting continued for dismissal; fined $100, six months unsupervised probation, no same or similar.

Adrian S. Banashak, 19, of Wells was convicted of fifth-degree criminal sex conduct-nonconsensual sexual contact; fined $585, sentenced to jail 365 days, stayed 335 days for two years, credit for time served one day, serve as work release if eligible, serve balance of jail time on electronic home monitoring at defendant’s expense if eligible, two years supervised probation, sentence to service two days for indeterminate, contact probation officer as directed, no contact with victim(s), complete chemical assessment within 45 days and follow all recommendations, complete and follow all recommendations of psychological-sexual evaluation, no same or similar, no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing, submit to polygraph examinations as directed, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, give DNA sample when directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives if prohibited by law.

Also convicted of fifth-degree assault; sentenced to jail 30 days, credit for time served one day, serve as work release if eligible, serve balance of jail time on electronic home monitoring at defendant’s expense if eligible, concurrent with three other cases. An additional felony charge of terroristic threats-reckless disregard risk, and one misdemeanor charge of fifth-degree criminal sex conduct-nonconsensual sexual contact, were both dismissed.

John C. Urban, 61, of North Mankato was convicted of operate motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol; fined $610, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 87 days for one year, credit for time served three days, one year supervised probation, complete chemical evaluation within 30 days and follow all recommendations, attend MADD impact panel and provide verification to agent, contact probation agent as directed, no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives if prohibited by law.
