Driving after revocation — Gustavo Hernandez Islas, 35, of Austin; fined $285.

Ryan T. Eves, 37, of Dunnell was convicted of driving after cancellation-inimical to public safety; fined $385, sentenced to jail 365 days, stayed 365 days for two years, two years unsupervised probation, no same or similar.

Andrew M. Popp, 45, of Forest City, Iowa received a stay of imposition pursuant to Minnesota statutes on a charge of motor vehicle registration-intent to escape tax; fined $285, two years unsupervised probation, no same or similar. Additional charge of failure of driver to carry proof of insurance when operating a vehicle was dismissed.

Sharon Aitaro, 30, of Fairmont was convicted of driving after revocation; fined $285. Also convicted of speeding; fined $60.

Lee M. Mart, 53, of Fairmont was convicted of driving after cancellation-inimical to public safety; fined $385, sentenced to jail 365 days, stayed 365 days for two years, two years unsupervised probation, defendant’s appearance waived for sentencing per Rule 15, no same or similar.

Cody J. Opheim, 32, of Fairmont received an amended court decision on a felony charge of domestic assault; commit to Commissioner of Corrections 15 months, stayed five years.

Justin J. Roberts, 24, of Truman was convicted of driving after revocation; fined $200. Also convicted of no proof of motor vehicle insurance; fined $200. Also convicted of failure to wear seat belt while in a motor vehicle; fined $110.
