Vehicle window restrictions-tint too dark — Andrew J. Fellersen, 31, of Fairmont; fined $135.

No insurance-owner violation — Jacob J. Redinius, 21, of Estherville, Iowa; fined $285.

Driving after revocation — Chance D. Wohlers, 33, of Trimont; fined $285.

Kelly J. Jacob, 34, of Alpha was convicted of driving after cancellation; fined $285, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 90 days for one year, one year unsupervised probation, no same or similar.

Kyle J. Kutnink, 29, of Fairmont was convicted of driving after suspension; fined $285, sentenced to jail 30 days, stayed 30 days for one year, one year unsupervised probation, no same or similar. Additional charge of no insurance-owner violation was dismissed.

Nicholas J. Meidl, 29, of Kasota was convicted of driving after cancellation-inimical to public safety; fined $385, sentenced to jail 365 days, stayed 365 days for two years, two years unsupervised probation, no same or similar, follow all treatment recommendations from the most recent chemical dependency assessment completed in LeSueur County, no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, no alcohol/controlled substance possession with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing. Additional charge of careless driving-operate any vehicle carelessly on street or highway was dismissed.

Alexander C. Vaubel, 25, of Sleepy Eye was convicted of speeding; fined $125. Also convicted of window tint violation-less than 50 percent light transmittance; fined $50.

Kyle J. Gilb, 20, of Fairmont was convicted of speeding; fined $285. Also convicted of driver who’s not owner must later produce proof of insurance if required; fined $200.

Joshua M. Dirks, 37, of Welcome was convicted of possession of drug paraphernalia-use prohibited; fined $135. Also convicted of possession of small amount of marijuana-no remuneration; fined $50.

Daniel F. Klinkner, 58, of Blue Earth was convicted of unsecured load; fined $145. Also convicted of no or inoperative breakaway brakes; fined $100.

Gilberto Amaro Jr., 21, of Blue Earth was convicted of disorderly conduct-brawling or fighting; fined $100, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 90 days for one year, one year unsupervised probation, no contact with victim(s), no same or similar.

Kyle E. Lorentz Taylor, 36, of Fairmont had a charge of failure of driver to carry proof of insurance when operating a vehicle continued for dismissal; 14 days unsupervised probation, if proved to the court that proof of insurance was valid at time of citation then charge may be dismissed, must bring printed copy of insurance to court administrator’s office before 12/15/10. Also convicted of failure to stop at stop signs or stop lines at entrance to thru highway; fined $135.
