Failure to wear seat belt while in a motor vehicle — Amarante R. Torres, 72, of Winnebago; Joseph A. Walsh, 28, of Lake Lillian; each fined $110.

Possess small amount of marijuana-no remuneration — Amber R. Kosak, 18, of Mankato; fined $135.

Driving after revocation — David M. Clay Jr., 26, of Blue Earth; fined $285.

Matthew G. Hanson, 44, of Elmore was convicted of disorderly conduct-offensive/abusive/boisterous/noisy/obscene; fined $185, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 87 days for one year, credit for time served three days, one year supervised probation, complete chemical assessment evaluation within 30 days and follow all recommendations, no mood-altering chemicals including alcohol, random testing, complete anger management as directed by agent, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives if prohibited by law.

Pearl A. Vedders, 39 of Easton received a stay of adjudication on a charge of emergency telephone calls/communications-interrupt/interfere/impede/disrupt 911 call; fined $200, two years supervised probation, sentence to service two days for indeterminate, no same or similar, complete domestic abuse counseling/treatment as directed by agent, attend counseling until discharged by therapist and follow all recommendations, no mood-altering chemicals including alcohol, random testing, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives if prohibited by law.

Robby L. Andrews, 51, of Wells was convicted of domestic assault; fined $85, sentenced to jail 90 days, credit for time served three days. Also convicted on a separate charge of domestic assault; sentenced to jail 90 days, credit for time served three days, concurrent with other charge, fine is waived. Additional felony charges of second-degree assault with a dangerous weapon, and terroristic threats-reckless disregard risk, were all dismissed.

Andrew P. Holm, 30, of Winnebago was convicted on a felony charge of fourth-degree assault of a peace officer-throws/transfers fluids or feces at or onto officer; fined $85, commit to Commissioner of Corrections 22 months, concurrent with other case. Additional charges of fourth-degree assault of a peace officer, obstruct legal process-interfere with peace officer, fleeing a peace officer by means other than a motor vehicle, and driving after cancellation-inimical to public safety, were all dismissed.
