Joe L. Davis III, 28, of Harrisburg, Pa.; Zachary J. Schroeder, 33, of Chicago, Ill.; each fined $135.

Sharon L. Huse, 69, of Sherburn; fined $225.

Failure to wear seat belt while in a motor vehicle — Robert L. Butcher, 67, of Holstein, Iowa; Austin J. Fischer, 21, of Lawler, Iowa; each fined $110.

Hands free law-initiate/compose/send/retrieve/read electronic message — Darren D. Thate, 34, of Sherburn; fined $135.

Brenda L. Chapman, 34, of Granada was convicted of uninsured vehicle-owner violation; fined $285, sentenced to jail 365 days, stayed 365 days for two years, two years unsupervised probation, don’t buy or own any vehicle without a valid drivers license and insurance, no same or similar. Additional charge of driving after suspension was dismissed.

Jay H. King, 52, of Mountain Lake was convicted of grass and weeds violation; one year unsupervised probation, mow lawn and keep lawn mowed. Also received a stay of adjudication on a charge of junk violation; six months unsupervised monitoring without conviction, clean up property within 60 days and have law enforcement inspect property, if law enforcement conforms property is cleaned up then charges can be dismissed.

Jessica J. Godwin, 36, of Fairmont was convicted of uninsured vehicle-driver violation; fined $285, sentenced to jail two days, credit for time served two days. Also convicted of driving after revocation; fined $285, sentenced to jail 30 days, stayed 28 days for one year, credit for time served two days, one year unsupervised probation, no misdemeanor or greater violations of the law. Additional charges of driving without a valid drivers license for vehicle class or type, and vehicle registration/permit/plates required, were both dismissed.

Avory J. Vleiger, 19, of Fairmont received a stay of adjudication on a charge of junk violation-other than weeds and grass; one year unsupervised monitoring without conviction, clean property up within 30 days and law enforcement verify, no same or similar. Additional charge of solid waste collection/storage violation was dismissed.
