Nathan P. Hanson, 35, of Welcome was convicted of possess ammo/any firearm-disqualified under USC 18 s 922 (g)(8) or (9); fined $385, sentenced to jail 365 days, stayed 266 days for two years, credit for time served 99 days, two years supervised probation, no alcohol/controlled substance use, no alcohol/controlled substance possession, random testing, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, remain law-abiding, follow all conditions set forth in probation agreement, don’t use or possess firearms or dangerous weapons, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives. Also convicted of domestic abuse-violate No Contact Order within 10 years of previous conviction; sentenced to jail 365 days, stayed 285 days for two years, credit for time served 80 days, two years supervised probation, complete chemical assessment, follow recommendations of evaluation, domestic abuse evaluation, complete diagnostic assessment, no contact with victim(s), no alcohol/controlled substance use, no alcohol/controlled substance possession, random testing, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, remain law-abiding, follow all conditions set forth in probation agreement, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives. Two additional felony charges of domestic abuse-violates 2 or more Order for Protection within 10 years, and harassment-violate restraining order within 10 years of first of two previous domestic violence convictions, were both dismissed.

Jose N. Perez II, 29, of Ceylon received a stay of adjudication on a felony charge of threats of violence; fined $1,000, sentenced to jail 30 days, credit for time served nine days, may serve as work release if eligible, may work STS while in custody to pay fines, five years supervised probation, complete chemical assessment within 90 days of sentencing and follow recommendations for care and aftercare, complete a mental health diagnostic assessment within 90 days of sentencing and follow recommendations for care and aftercare, refrain from any assaultive behaviors including harassment, stalking or threats of violence, don’e enter apartment complex where incident occurred, no contact with victim(s), follow all conditions set forth in the probation agreement, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, no alcohol/controlled substance use, no alcohol/controlled substance possession, random testing, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if you’ve been charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if you change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of your person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by your probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives. Also convicted of domestic assault-commits act to cause fear of immediate bodily harm or death; sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 60 days for one year, credit for time served nine days, one year supervised probation, complete chemical assessment, follow recommendations of evaluation, complete diagnostic assessment, no assault, no contact with victim(s), follow all conditions set forth in the probation agreement, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, no alcohol/controlled substance use, no alcohol/controlled substance possession, random testing, remain law-abiding, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if you’ve been charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if you change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of your person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by your probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives. Two additional felony charges of second-degree assault with a dangerous weapon were both dismissed.
