Kendra G. Olson, 18, of Hayward; Theodore J. Salem-Mackall, 25, of Washington, DC; each fined $135.

Failure to wear seat belt while in a motor vehicle — Terry S. Jagerson, 53, of Elmore; fined $110.

Underage alcohol consumption — Jessica R. Lemert, 19, of Mankato; fined $185.

Failure of driver to yield right-of-way to emergency vehicle — Rita J. Schimek, 78, of Mankato; fined $185.

Kenneth M. Anderson Jr., 31, of Estherville, Iowa, was convicted of driving after revocation; fined $285, sentenced to jail two days, credit for time served two days. Also convicted of failure of driver to carry proof of insurance when operating a vehicle; fined $200, sentenced to jail two days, credit for time served two days.

Justin L. Roberts, 28, of Wells was convicted of CMV violation-fail to maintain parts and accessories in safe and proper operating condition; fined $150. Also convicted of failure to wear seat belt while in a motor vehicle; fined $110.

Heidi R. Grace, 19, of Blue Earth received a stay of adjudication on a charge of domestic assault-intentionally attempts to inflict bodily harm on another; sentenced to jail seven days, credit for time served seven days, six months unsupervised probation, no contact with victim(s), no assaultive or disorderly conduct behavior, no same or similar.

DISTRICT COURT

Kathleen M. Moenkedick, 49, of Fairmont was convicted of fifth-degree assault; fined $75, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 90 days for one year, one year unsupervised probation, no assault, remain law-abiding, no assaultive or threatening behaviors.

John M. Oevering, 37, of Winona was convicted of theft-take/use/transfer movable property without consent; fined $185, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 90 days for one year, one year unsupervised probation, don’t enter any Walmart property, no same or similar. Additional charge of trespassing-return to property within one year was dismissed.

Calvin P. Smick, 30, of Fairmont was convicted of uninsured vehicle-owner violation; fined $285, sentenced to jail 30 days, stayed 29 days for one year, credit for time served one day, one year unsupervised probation, no same or similar. Additional charges of failure of driver to carry proof of insurance when operating a vehicle, and traffic regulation-vehicle registration, permit or plates required, were both dismissed.
