Failure to wear seat belt while in a motor vehicle — Lydia J. Harlow, 41, of Welcome; fined $110.

Driving without a valid drivers license for vehicle class or type — Gloria Monroy Morales, 43, of Fairmont; Dorian L. Stinnett, 27, of Welcome; each fined $185.

No Minnesota driver’s license — Tori M. Heller, 19, of Fenton, Iowa; Leticia Del Socorro Salazar Serna, 50, of Misiont, Texas; each fined $185.

Travis W. Willett, 43, of Fairmont was convicted of driving while impaired-alcohol concentration 0.08 within two hours; fined $610, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 90 days for one year, one year unsupervised probation, attend MADD impact panel, complete chemical assessment, follow recommendations of evaluation, no alcohol/controlled substance use, no alcohol/controlled substance possession, random testing, no same or similar. Additional charges of fourth-degree driving while impaired, and operate motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol, were both dismissed.

Robert W. Surat, 55, of Fairmont received a stay of adjudication on a charge of failure of driver to carry proof of insurance when operating a vehicle; fined $100, one year unsupervised monitoring without conviction, maintain insurance, no drivers license violations. Additional charge of driving after revocation was dismissed.

Katie A. Roseman, 32, of Burnsville was convicted of driving after revocation; fined $285, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 90 days for one year, one year unsupervised probation, no use of illegal substances, no controlled substance use, random testing, no same or similar. Additional charges of marijuana in motor vehicle-more than 1.4 grams, and possession of drug paraphernalia, were both dismissed.

Nathan L. Julin, 31, of Fairmont was convicted of domestic assault-commits act to cause fear of immediate bodily harm or death; sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 89 days for one year, credit for time served one day, one year supervised probation, no alcohol/controlled substance use, random testing, successfully complete domestic abuse batterers intervention program and follow all recommendations of evaluation, no contact with victim(s), complete chemical assessment, follow recommendations of evaluation, remain law-abiding, follow all conditions set forth in probation agreement, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives.

Sudario R. Silva Junior, 23, of Fairmont was convicted of driving while impaired-alcohol concentration 0.08 within two hours; fined $360, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 90 days for one year, one year unsupervised probation, no alcohol/controlled substance use, no alcohol/controlled substance possession, random testing, no same or similar. Additional charge of fourth-degree driving while impaired was dismissed.

Zachary M. Vicenti, 28, of Fairmont was convicted of fourth-degree operate vehicle while under the influence of alcohol; fined $220, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 86 days for one year, one year unsupervised probation, sentence to service 10 days for indeterminate, attend MADD impact panel, complete chemical assessment, follow recommendations of evaluation, no alcohol/controlled substance use, no alcohol/controlled substance possession, random testing at the request of a licensed peace officer who has reasonable suspicion to believe of drug use, no same or similar, pay restitution. Additional felony charge of theft-take/use/transfer movable property without consent was dismissed.

Patrick E. Bettin, 18, of Sherburn was convicted of driving after suspension; fined $285. Also convicted of speeding; fined $60.

Ryan A. Driehorst, 35, of Fairmont was convicted on two separate charges of driving after suspension; fined $285 for each charge. Also convicted of vehicle window restrictions-tint too dark; fined $50.
