Driving after suspension — Justin A. Hesby, 35, of Sherburn; fined $285.

Juan Rivera, 30, of San Benito, Texas, was convicted of theft-take/use/transfer movable property without consent; fined $185, sentenced to jail 30 days, stayed 30 days for one year, one year unsupervised probation, pay restitution, no same or similar.

Ann M. Wallert, 48, of Boone, Iowa, received a stay of adjudication on a charge of issue dishonored check-value not more than $250; fined $373.12, restitution $196.12, six months unsupervised monitoring without conviction, pay restitution.

Benjamin E. Isenberg, 31, of Fairmont was convicted of junk-other than weeds and grass; fined $185, sentenced to jail 30 days, stayed 30 days for one year, one year unsupervised probation, no same or similar. Additional charge of solid waste collection/storage was dismissed.

Display expired registration — Brian L. Owens, 42, of St. Paul; fined $115.

CMV-exceed allowable 80,000 pound gross weight — Curtis E. Smith, 62, of Rochester; fined $585.

Garrett Wayne P. Abdo, 18, of Minnesota Lake was convicted of underage drinking and driving; fined $385, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 90 days for one year, one year supervised probation, complete chemical assessment and follow all recommendations, no misdemeanor or greater violations of the law, participate in “Driving With Care” program, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed. Also convicted of failure to stop at stop signs or stop lines at entrance to thru highway; fined $50.

Isaac E. Donnelly, 20, of Fairmont was convicted of reckless driving-drives consciously disregarding a substantial or unjustifiable risk; fined $285, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 90 days for one year, one year supervised probation, no misdemeanor violations, participate in “Driving With Care” program, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed.
