Winnebago IOOF to present Installation of Officers Winnebago City No. 30 Odd Fellows and Starlight No. 11 Rebekah Lodges will have a Joint Installation of Officers ceremony beginning with a potluck at 6:30 p.m. followed by the installation ceremony on Thursday, Oct. 2 at the Winnebago Municipal Center. Kiwanis to meet Early Risers Kiwanis of Fairmont will gather for their weekly breakfast at 6:30 a.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 1, at The Ranch restaurant in Fairmont. A meeting at 6:50 a.m. will follow.
