CER Silly Snacks Silly snacks for children entering second grade will be from 1 to 2:30 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 17, at the Southern Minnesota Educational Campus in Fairmont. In this hands-on class, kids will learn how to make tasty, healthy (and sometimes silly) snacks while gaining essential kitchen skills.
