TRUMAN — Elizabeth Amy Durkee and Mitchell Curtis Heimer were married Sept. 17, 2016, at United Methodist Church in Owatonna. The Rev. Scott Williams officiated the ceremony.

Parents of the couple are Mark and Margaret Durkee of Truman, Curt and Lisa Heimer of Adams.

Matron of honor was Megan Speckhals of Faribault, sister of the bride. Maid of honor was Sarah Leiferman of Mankato, friend of the bride. Bridesmaids were Amanda Freeman-Lee of Truman, Angela Sargent of Mankato, Kirsten Worlds of Truman, friends of the bride, Kayla Mathiowetz of Sleepy Eye and Katarina Barrett of Mankato, college roommates of the bride.

Flower girl was Anna Berg of Minnetonka, cousin of the bride.

Best man was Danny Dion of Rochester, cousin of the groom. Groomsmen were Dillon Heimer, Brayden Heimer, Jordan Heimer, all of Adams, brothers of the groom, Clint Bergene of Mankato, Cameron Landherr of Adams and Josh Bamrick of Cannon Falls, all friends of the groom.

Guests were ushered by Mitchell Nagele, Garrett Kiefer, and Jeff Schlichter, all of Adams, all friends of the groom.

Music was provided by Haley Landherr, vocalist, and Pamela Bamrick, pianist.

A reception was held at the VFW Hall in Owatonna.

The couple live in New Richland.
